SALES POLICY
Registered Goats: If you are interested in reserving goat kids, please fill out our reservation questionnaire. Once we receive your form, we will contact you. We take a $50 non-refundable deposit per reservation. We will take into account if you would prefer a specific breeding, or specific characteristics, but cannot guarantee this. Once the kids are born, we assess them and will notify you around a week or two after when we know what we will have for sale. You have 48 hours to respond. At that time, half of the total is due to hold the kid or we notify the next on the list. You can pass and ask to be notified when the next kids are available. We reserve the right to retain any kids we choose. We also only choose the best kids we deem worthy of being a herdsire, not all bucklings are potential herdsire's and thus some will be wethered for pets. The only case where your deposit is refundable is if your goat gender of choice is not available. **IF you would like to be notified if any goat kids become available but are not ready to commit with a deposit yet, you can fill out the questionnaire and just specify in the notes, and we will let you know when we have goats available and you can decide then*
Registered Sheep: Please let us know if you are interested in reserving babydoll lambs. You can let us know your preference in colour, however it is not guaranteed. We require you to specify how many and what gender lamb you would like, and then put a $100 non-refundable deposit down for each lamb. Once the lambs are born, we will notify you about a week later, and you have 48 hours to respond. At that time, half of the total is due to hold the kid or we notify the next on the list. If your lamb gender of choice is not available, you will be offered choice of any remaining lambs or deposit will be refunded. *IF you would like to be notified if any lambs become available but are not ready to commit with a deposit yet, you can fill out the questionnaire and just specify in the notes. The people who put a deposit will be notified first, in the order they filled out the questionnaire.

Deposit payment is preferred to be made by email money transfer. As the breeder, we reserve the right to retain any offspring born on our farm regardless of reservations. ​Our goats and lambs are guaranteed healthy when they leave our farm, we will do a health check together before they leave. After that, we are not responsible once they leave our care. We do our best with disbudding kids but we cannot guarantee that they will not develop scurs- most intact male goats do develop scurs despite our best efforts (ALL of our adult males we have ever bought from other breeders have them). We use a figure eight method on the boys.

Pick-up will be within 1 week of the date agreed upon, unless other arrangements are made (we do ship, through Calgary airports, and we often take trips to Red Deer and can deliver to a meeting point). If not picked up at the agreed upon time, a $2 per day fee will apply until pick up.

All payment must be made in full before animals leave the property.

**Please note that sheep and goats are herd animals and need at least one other buddy for companionship. We will not sell you a single animal if you do not have other animals of the same breed already.
